Gerry and Rosalie Toler team up with beautiful photographs
and poetry in their new book just released December 2009. Rosalies poetry touches the heart with deep spiritual insight
often mixed with her whimsical depictions of life experiences. The black and white photographs made by Gerry are wonderful.
They exude the mystery and elegance of each scene. For more information about purchasing your
copy, you may contact them directly at: P.O. Box 627, Eureka Springs, AR 72632 or mrtoler@sbc.global.net
Here is a poem written by our leader, Rosalie Toler. Father: Thank you for these
opportunities of fellowship, learning, fun. Keep us aware that the use of words is a huge responsibility. One word can heal or harm; lift up or
put down. To
write less than who we are and who we're meant to be, using words, slovenly and low, is unworthy of what we believe
in Jesus name. Amen

Ann Carter,
another gifted member of our writers group has just published her first book entitled Sweetness:
Collected Poems 1974-2009. She has an MFA in creative writing from the University of Arkansas. Ann's mastery
of words evokes a full range of emotions, immersing you completely in the beauty of her poetry. "This is a mostly honest
book--full of hope and cluelessness, false starts and races won. It contains, in no particular order: womanly bittersweetness,
human longing, reverence for nature, gaudy miracles, and complete confusion." This new book has been designated
by Dan Krotz of the Huffington Post as one of the Top 10 must read books of 2010. All profits from the sale of Sweetness benefit
the Eureka Spring, Arkansas, ECHO free health clinic. To order Ann's book, contact Studio 62.

Reflections
on the Psalms: For the various Church
seasons, members of the writers group present reflections on the Psalms in the Sunday service before the sermon. Following
is Jody Stephenson's reflection on Psalm 51 for Lent on March 29, 2009. Be sure to follow the next link for Pastor Stan's
sermon on 1st Corinthians 1: 18-25. The two messages go together quite well.
